Casey! Thank you once again for putting everything into the proper perspective. And thank you for sharing your personal journey as well. Believe it or not, it makes all the difference! It turns out I’ve been doing all that, except I was adding a “suffering component” during Lent. I now realize, it’s not that you “stop doing” something, but “start doing” things that may or may not include stopping other behaviours. You are truly a gift, Casey!
